Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body. It can assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management, allowing for the body to return to normal health after injury.
Balancing muscle/soft tissue length, tension and tone in turn promotes the return to normal joint/capsular/bone position. Increasing the flow of blood and lymph, to an injured area while removing blockages, damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesions resulting from injury, you body is able to heal.
Our remedial therapist, Maciej (aka “Magic”) has extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine where to treat patients. He offers Remedial Massage and Dry Needling to help you with your recovery.
